General Manager (Part-time to Full-time)

Job Description: Managing and overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Booch brewery, based in Mandrem, North Goa. The role will also entail management of on-line B2C sales and national B2B account management.
Suitable candidates are experienced, competent, well organised and enthusiastic. Previous experience in FMCG preferred.
A passion for fermentation and kombucha is ideal, but not essential.

Production Assistant (Part-time to Full-time)
Duration: Initial 12 month contract
Location: Mandrem, North Goa
Salary: 10K to 15K
Start: Immediate
Job Description: The role will entail assisting our production manager in daily tasks including brewing, fermenting, bottling, labelling, distributing.
Suitable candidates are timely, enthusiastic, keen to learn, physically strong, team player. No previous experience required. A passion for fermentation and kombucha is preferable, but not essential.
