Do you ship to all locations in India?

Booch Kombucha can currently ship to all Indian states, with a few exclusions that our delivery partners do not serve. At the checkout, prior to confirming your order, you can check that your area is serviceable.  

 

When will my order ship?

We ship orders via land (not air) within 24 hours of receiving your order. We appreciate your patience. 

 

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed, you can track it using the unique order number that we will share with you. 

 

How are my items shipped?

We ship our kombucha in sustainable and recyclable/reusable cardboard packaging. 

 

Do you ship to my country?

Booch Kombucha can currently ship to all Indian states, excluding the ones the delivery partners do not serve. We unfortunately cannot deliver to international addresses at this time. 

 

 

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel or change your order online within 1 hour and (if cancelling), once the cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours and the amount will reflect within 3-5 working days.

Your order amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

An order cannot be changed or canceled once the item has been shipped to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In this way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Due to temperature and packaging requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at info@booch.in

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In-Store Purchases

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website (www.booch.in) should be directed to where the product was purchased.
